CPIC welcomes other national and international groups to assist with the clinical implementation of pharmacogenetics.
Member Application
If you are interested in joining the consortium, please apply for a new account. Once you have completed the account registration process, you will be prompted by email to send (1) a signed copy of the Memorandum of Understanding for Members (MOU), (2) your CV and (3) a letter of self-nomination describing your background and your plans to interact with the CPIC community. Your membership application will not be complete until you send these three documents. Your application with be reviewed and you will receive an email with login instructions upon approval of your account.
Members are expected to read and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Members. Guideline authors are expected to sign the MOU for Publications.
